HCBS Case Management Abuses will explore what HCBS is, what HCBS clients should know, how case management keeps clients in the dark on their rights and their services and too many times from the entire process. So we are coming together to learn all about HCBS, as to best equip ourselves with the knowledge that is too often kept from us by HCBS case management teams...
